  • Slackline is the kind of sport has developed in past few years. The main figures in slackline are human and a 10m or 20m strip stretched in the height of 1 m, where the balance, coordination and acrobatics can be trained.
  • The balance board is a simple device, where the balance must be hold standing on it, avoiding touching thereof the ground. It is possible to learn different tricks and balance exercises on the board closer to specifics of another sports.

Balance lessons develop the athletic, reaction and promotes the personal physical and mental development. It is a good support to avoid or recover after the sport injuries and to keep the fitness during the non-season.

Most of the sports are based on good sense of balance, from rock climbing, surfing, skating and classics like motorbikes, volleyball or gymnastics.

Time schedule of the activity:
~ 15 min – warming-up before fun
~ 45 min – introduction to straps and boards upon trying them
~ 45 min – we do the craziest things ever
~ 15 min – we do stretching in order to get even better results next time

In total 120 min = 2 h

The length and form of the activity is adjusted to the number of guests, desires of the client and the overall form of the event.
